It was announced today that Dawsons Family Leisure amusements in Bray is closing it’s doors on the 30th of September this year. In operation for the last 50, Dawsons was a huge tourist attraction to Bray seafront. It is expected that their sister business, Star Leisure, will continue to operate.
A sad day for Bray, I’m sure plenty of people have great memories of their days spent there.
I wonder why they are closing? Are they not doing the business?
The local place here is pulling in an amazing amount of money. SO much so they don’t know what to do with it. I wonder how the businesses differ?
I’d say like everything else…. lovely development land for property AND they still have the amusement arcade next door. They have the place sown up anyway!!!
